EU deal: France thinks Switzerland is getting off too lightly and intervenes in Brussels
France is pushing for the EU transitional solutions for Switzerland to be given an expiration date: The new treaties would have to be put to the vote by 2028 at the latest. This forces the Swiss parliament to move forward.
